Tough choice coming up for Texans..
« on: July 05, 2021, 03:19:36 AM »
.
In Gov Abbott, Texas has an excellent governor now, but come next election, they will have another great man, running against him.

Col West is a war hero, a fine man..and an excellent candidate.

Those of us in the blue states should be so blessed !

I don't see anything neo-con about Col West.  I see a patriot who served his country well and was loved and respected by his troops.

That latter part, speaks volumes..the troops see him day i and day out, facing severe challenges that most never face.  How he handles them, demonstrates to the troops, his innermost character

IMO he should be running for some
office that will complement Gov
Abbott's efforts and not take any
votes away from the Governor.
We've already got enough problems
with the people that have moved
here and worked hard to make
things into the image of where they
fled from. They've already had considerable
success in that our capital city of
Austin is nearly indistinguishable from
many liberal cities like Los Angeles
It's truly a shame because my ancestors
helped to make this state the great
place it once was since before it was
part of the United States
