I was using Farmer Brothers old fashion sausage mix but so far can't find it any more. Store where I was buying it says they can no longer get Farmer brother products. I have tried my own and several others mix but cannot find what fits my taste. One member shared his receipt and was good but not quite what i was looking for.

Nope not there. I have been all over the internet with no luck. I used to use Cain's but they are no longer around Farmers brothers was the same but now they don't seem to make it. I guess the rule of thumb today is when you find something you like buy a big supply as it may not be around long. Guess I will by a pack of the Zack's and give it a try.

You referring to breakfast sausage seasoning?
The only one I ever found satisfactory was
the Legg's Old Plantation seasoning
All the others I've tried had way too much
fennel,  which I can hardly stand

As far as smoked sausage or snack
sausage goes, I've never found any
that didn't have an excess of one thing
or another.  I make my own to my own
taste.
