Deaf-blind para-Olympian can't attend Tokyo games

   A deaf-blind para-Olympian cannot attend Tokyo Olympics, since she has been told she must navigate Tokyo alone, and without any assistance.
  She is an athlete with numerous international medals, many gold, but still no mercy from the Olympic committee.

  Is it because she is white?  Or is it a double whammy, both white and American?
