Need manual for a Super Comanche
« on: May 27, 2021, 10:18:42 AM »
Picked up a Lasserre Super Comanche (45/410) but can't find a manual for it. Also would appreciate thoughts from anyone who has had one. Ad said it had a rusty bore, but it was just dirty so I'm rethinking how I might use it. I did get a .32 S&W Long insert to use in it. gene

Darn computer changed the spelling. It is a Lasserre mfg arm made in Argentina. Wish I could have edited the original post to fix the spelling.

Ya mean like I just fixed it? The button ya need to hit to fix such is the MODIFY button.

I never heard of such a gun, have ya googled it?

Thanks, yes, everytime I Google the manual I end up at the importers website but they don't list the Super Comanche manual. I plan to call them tomorrow.

The Super Comanche is a break action single shot with a 10" barrel. Nice looking on the outside but on mine the machining inside seems pretty rough. There is one listed on Gun Broker right now for $450. Not mine.

Again, thanks for fixing it and telling me how to do it myself. gene

HOW DO I OBTAIN AN OWNER'S MANUAL FOR MY PISTOL?
The owner’s manual for your gun is available for download here.  You can also obtain a printed, downloaded copy of the owner’s manual by calling our office at (732)-493-0333 or...

I found no link to the manual there. Call the number and maybe you'll get one.

I had a Comanche 45/410 I think I payed 150 for it new at a gun show don't know what the difference is between the regular and super. I do know mine had a trigger of about 9 lb could not hit anything with the 45 long colt 410 was good for snakes. I did make a nice set of Black Walnut grips and for end for it and it looked a lot better with them than the factory grips
