Queston reloading the .223

Anybody know if RELOADER7 powder will work in the .223? If so i will use it in both the .223,45/70. In the description of the powder it says recommended for the .222rem.Let me know     :D

Need to know what grain bullet you want to use in the 223?

Lyman lists it for 40gr, 45 gr, and 50 gr bullets.
