George W Bush Messed Afghanistan Exit Up The 1st Time,

2 years into invading Afghanistan it was "mission accomplished". We won!

But then, Bush turned it into a "nation building" project. Lets show them how they're supposed to live, and bring them into the 21st century.
Let's fix everything we blew up, and improve their lives. We tried to change a culture older than Islam.

We should have took the victory lap and got out thousands of lives sooner, and 1 trillion dollars better off.

Then along comes Obama, who also had an opportunity to get cleanly out of Afghanistan.  But he lacked the heart, and certainly didn't have the know how.

And then there was President Trump. He had the heart, the know how, and certainly the courage. The neocons fought him every inch of the way.

Bush should have gotten us out after  2 years, but he didn't.
Obama should have gotten us out, but lacked the courage and finesse.
Trump WOULD HAVE gotten us out, but was criticized, and blocked at every turn.

And now we have "Uncle Joe". The king of fools, whom has been the "Congressional Court Jester" for almost 50 years, and has never gotten anything right, nor was he expected to.

So here we sit, as a nation, "collectively" wringing our hands, hoping SOMEBODY will do something to stop this mess.

Trump won the election.  Dems cheated, and got the worst they could give us.  A moderate Dem governor would have been better, but Joe is who they voted for.  They had no good people running.  Haven't had since Kennedy.

   When I was at Ft Jackson i 1962, the JFK admin hundreds of recently imported Cubans there for training.
