While drugs do bad things to the human mind, I feel they become the excuse for some to do what is already in their heart to do. Take a look at the posted video of Philly, drugged out people that can barely keep their balance, many just bent over, weird side affect, and being zombie like. If drugs were causing these killings, those streets would be The Walking Dead for real. Much of the drug violence is in the business side of things, and the druggies trying to get money for their fix.
I do fully agree that everyone needs to consider being trained and armed to defend themselves and their families, just too many out there that don't care what happens to others, and them, when they commit these crimes.
