  Lt Gov issues executive orders that conflict with the governor, who is in Texas at this time.

  Though her orders will likely be welcomed by many, she still moved out of order.  Gov says when he returns, he will rescind her orders.

  Was this an exercise in futility by the Lt Governor?  Not necessarily, perhaps the Lt Governor is looking toward running against the governor...

  She was correct in many of her decisions. However, she musthave known her exec orders would be over ruled.
   She must have known that would happen, so I suspect she was just proving a point..and wants a promotion.

  Now it is up to the citizens of Iowa, to place her in the top spot, come next election.
