Dough mixers/makers

Not enjoying the hand kneading of yeast leavened doughs and would likely prepare these more often with a bit of motorized help. For someone/me making a few pizzas or loaves of bread at a time. What would be a decent machine for me.

If I were shopping for myself,
I'd buy a new Kitchenaid.
All kinds of doodads to be had
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

Don't know the brand, but the wife uses a bread machine.  Occasionally lets it cook the bread but is used much more often to mix and knead the dough to make dinner rolls and/or cinnamon rolls.  Just dump the ingredients in, set to process the desired amount  If doing rolls, just take the dough out and form the rolls then bake.

Now that I think about it. I think my wife has a bread machine she hasn’t used in 20 years somewhere. I’ll have to give it a try.

Do you guys mix warm water and yeast then put it into bread machine? Seems that would be a better way to me instead of putting dry yeast in a pile on edge of basket. Any tips for a beginner?
