Scope for the new 44 M
« on: March 15, 2004, 03:07:39 PM »
I was up to Scheels today and they had a sale on some scopes. I picked up a Bushnell 1.5x4.5 Trophy model scope. Its what they call a Turkey and Brush scope and has the circle with the cress hair rectcal. I thought it should work well on the 44 and maybe the 45-70. Its got a lot of eye relief.
shot placement is everything.

I have the two 1.75-4x32 Bushnell Trophy scopes on my slug guns and for the price that scope cannot be beat.  Clear and bright...I also love the circle-x reticle.

That circle rectical shoot bring a guy on target pretty fast. I have had good service from Bushnell. I just recently sent one back for service that I have had for 30 years. They fixed it up and it cost me just the shipping charges. Thats pretty good customer service on a 30 year old scope. Thats also the first one I have ever had to send in.
shot placement is everything.
