Prince Charles is almost a year older than me, and while he doesn't seem to have dementia, is every bit as useless as Hiden Biden.

  He is no novelty of course..look back at old George III... There were plenty of times during ojur Revolutionary war. that Georgie was "indisposed", for the same reason.
