I go to at least 3 - 4 gun shows a year and about once a year find a fair deal on something I want and I will buy it.
I get kinda mad at the promoters of the show because they advertise the show has no flea market stuff and the table holders are supposed to have gun related items on their tables.
BUT most of them I go to have a least half of the tables with, T shirts, Chinese tools, junk jewelry, food items, and stuff that belongs at flea markets. I guess the promoters need to rent to these people to sell more tables but their table rates are already to high for me to rent and be able to sell a gun or two and not be loosing money doing it.
I will no longer go to a gun show where they charge to park on top of the entrance fee as the greed is making gun shows no longer a fun outing and a place where sellers and buyers can do business and both be happy.
Maybe it’s just me not wanting to except the recent inflation of everything but gun shows used to be more fun and a place to spend a pleasant afternoon but now more of a waste of time especially if you have to travel a long distance to go to them.

^ ^ ^ this ^ ^ ^
Used to be guns, gun parts and accessories, knives
and hunting/camping related items ONLY
No exception
Then, they started letting the trinkets in, but
they absolutely had to be at the far corner
all together. No exception
Now all the scented candles and potpourri
and costume jewelry and such bs is all
throughout the show.
I haven't been to one in a very long time.
As posted ^ ^ before, overpriced junk
and trinkets. Many more looky loos in
the way of a serious buyer, and of course
they muddy the water and aggravate any
serious vendors and make it harder for
a sincere buyer to find a deal
Id as soon stay home
