Skie,  I know what you mean, I wish I could find or learn to make o/s jaws for all the 3 L/S 's I could find.  I am learning metal shop stuff,             like making knives and hawks out of ..well... anything.  Wonder what kind of steel victor used to make jaws for their traps?  Sure would like to buy off set jaws for #3 's ... 100-200 sure!  Bought some 2 1/2 's B& L 's  springs so strong it was embarrasing to try and set them.  I used to lift 131,000 Lbs in 1.25 hours, before I was murdered 3 years ago.  And I can't with one hand even begin to move a spring! They are as strong as any spring I have ever seen.  Some off set jaws here would be nice,  Dern!  Sure are hard to find.

I've made many offset jaws...a grinder and two "c" clamps are all you need is all you need.  It doesn't take that much to grind 3/32 off each jaw.
