What a lovely Easter so far
« on: April 17, 2022, 05:23:31 AM »
Weatherguesser predicted 25 mph wind to day. My wind meter is a tall, skinny elm tree south of my house and I guessed it at about 40 mph and a quick check with the nearest weather station says 38 mph. The little kiddies are going to have to have rocks in their pockets this afternoon to keep from blowing away while hunting eggs. They might even have to run the eggs down.  ;D Hope we don't lose any. Kids, that is.

Beautiful her, temps in the low 70s with very light wind.

Hide your eggs under heavy rocks. :)

Started sunny but when we drove home it was snowing; still a very fine day with good people.
Jesus blessed this day, with excellant food and people.

Had a nice small gathering. When asked, my kids knew what Easter meant.

Easter Monday woke up with snow covered ground and 30 degrees; Winter is not giving up easily this year.
Night time temperatures in the mid-twenties forecast for next week.

You are perfectly welcome to every flake. Snow is something I can completely do without.
