Ironically, i have seen such a case..must be about 40 years ago now, in a local village.
The mother domineering..the father alcoholic and didn't get involved in family, the son in this case.
The son was brought up primarily as a girl..skirts, dresses etc, all through mom's encouragement.
His/her name was Terry and when he went to work in a local industry, he tried to use the ladies room, but of course, got rebuffed. After that he/she had to use the single user toilets in the offices.
It was labeled "Terry the fairy", by thoughtless fellow workers. ....Cruelty foisted upon him by his own mother.
Never heard how he/she managed in school.
