Pulled into Tractor Supply on Monday, and parked my scooter in a slot. An F-150 pulls up in spot next to me.
As I am taking my helmet off, the fellow asks about the scooter, performance, mileage etc.
He tells me his daughter has a scooter, where she lives in Bali ! She met a fellow there, they became a steady
pair and started a business. Things are not so sugary between them now, and she is trying to sell out her half to
him.
He says her regular job is "milking" poisonous snakes..tree vipers etc.. He is not too comfortable with that, since there is no antivenin on her island.
One little glimpse into local events...He said the island at present, is overrun with Russians and their allies, involved in some kind of planning or congress.
He didn't elaborate who the others are...but i suppose they are the usuals.. China, Iran, North Korea and Turkey to start.
