Way to many low information voters and corrupt voting... Besides a I. D. To vote, voters should have to pass a very minimal cognizance test. Like for instance, what party does your voted candidate represent?, what day is it?, what country are you in? If you can’t answer simple questions your vote should be nullified.

   I agree with that!  There should be a test to find whether one can at least read, or understand what they are hearing.
  ..But of course, that will never happen, since by thatmeasure, one side would lose half it's base !
