I was just going to post this. That is great that some citizens stopped to help the female officer that was in trouble from one under average man in strength. Its the reason I don't think women should be patrol officers. They just are not as strong and fast as men. While she is walking around the car the guy is reaching into the back seat. Her hand is nowhere near her firearm. If the guy was pulling out a firearm, she would have been shot. Then the guy was over powering her in the struggle. What if there were no citizens around to help her? He had her pinned against the car with his left arm, and it looked like his right arm was free to reach for her weapon.
In Ohio to pass a test to be a police officer. A male 29 years old or less has to be able to do 40 sit ups in a minute, and 33 pushups in a minute. I'm 65 years old and can do better than both those requirements. I'm not boasting. I'm just making a point as to how they lower strength standards so most anyone can pass strength tests to get accepted. The military has done the same thing. The requirements for a women to be a police officer in Ohio are about half the amount of sit ups and push ups that men are required to do.
