Great for catfish fillets. We were given a lot of those from a guy in Texas. From Whitney lake, a good vacation spot.
My Dad took us there every summer, for the fishing and water skiing.Stayed at a place called the arrowhead lodge.
Cabins to rent, and a fish cleaning table , that was the 60s.
