I was curious about Alabama. I've never seen a masonic lodge in Texas that had windows.

whats the good of widows ? some may say it lets light in ,not much light when the sun go's down . it takes a very good window to get a R 7  most are R4. widow glass can be broken to give thieves a way in . windows are expensive bumping up building cost

  Whoa...   Looks like when I posted reply 19..I may have hit an exposed nerve..

  Windows allopw light, saving electric, and in northern climes, ma negate the need for air conditioning much of the time..

  Give thieves a way in? What are they going to steal?  Bibles, song books..food from the kitchen?  Good !  I hope they use the Bibles.. and eat the food, if they are hungry..
