an all out effort to get the supply up enough to supply our necessary and usual needs in food and merchandise .

The supplies in the nearest DG store to me, seem to be operating like an accordion..the shelves get filled..then they run down to empty on some grocery shelves.. and days go by before the shelves are refilled. Some regular grocery stores have empty spots too.
