That's you opinion largely because he's not anti-Russian hater enough to suit you, either that or you support Biden's foreign policy. It would be fair to acknowledge MacGregor a paid analyst for RT and regularly used to promote Russian propaganda. 

Like his 2014 appearance on RT when he called for Russia to annex Donbas and seize whatever parts of UA it wanted. 

Okay. He supports Russians but what about the accuracy of his insights and predictions?   

MacGregor in Feb. “Beginning of the end of the Ukrainian resistance.”  That didn’t age well.

MacGregor wrong again in March. “The war is actually over, and Russia won. Ukrainian forces are completely surrounded and are incapable of anything more than pinprick attacks”. 

MacGregor in mid-March says the war is REALLY over this time. “The war is really over for the Ukrainians, Ukraine has lost the war with Russia and that the country has been “grounded to bits.”… 

MacGregor wrong yet again in April. MacGregor believes the war in Ukraine has reached its “final phase.” MacGregor stated that tens of thousands of Ukrainian troops are surrounded in trenches dug around the Donbas region. Without food, ammunition or a means to retreat, he expects these pockets to collapse over the next few weeks. 

MacGregor off message in July but remains consistently wrong. “The war, with the exception of Kharkiv and Odessa, as far as the Russians are concerned is largely over. There is no intention to do anything else because the Russians don’t have a very large army” 

Now, MacGregor says mobs of newly conscripted cannon fodder will turn the tide. “The Ukrainian state will be finished off by a Russian force of 700,000 over the next few weeks, after the ground freezes.”   

MacGregor has proven to be a reliable Russian mouthpiece and a very poor military analyst.
