I purchased Luepold #55870 rings and some Lock-Tite a while ago for the Ultra 25/06. Yesterday when I was in looking at scopes at Wal-mart the counter clerk said that he had a scope he would sell me that he had been using in .22 competition shooting before his parents gave him a Luepold. It turned out to be a BSA Classic 3-12x50 which I quickly grabbed from him today for $60. I can't wait to to get this beauty ready and get to the range. I guess it will have to be tomorrow afternoon as it is raining here today....bad for shooting but good for the spring fishing :grin: I will definitely post some range reports after shooting a few rounds through it. I hope to sight it in at 150 yd. with 100 gr. Core-Lokt. Anticipation is starting to get the better of me now, better go.
