What Took Me So Long To Discover.....?
« on: March 08, 2004, 06:34:40 PM »
FP-10!

I am not one to jump on a bandwagon over some fancy gun lube, but I'm sold on this after only one day of trying it.

This gun oil has got to be the cat's meow of firearms lubricants!  I just got a bottle yesterday, and used it on my 1911 today. Wow, talk about slick......it's way more slick than the "Break Free" I've used for years.  It's nice to see something great come down the pike that isn't a "snake oil"  I also found their website, and from what I can tell so far, the claims are all real.  I am going to order a case for my gun shop and push it whenever I can.

The weirdest thing too......AFTER I wiped it all off the externals of my pistol, the metal felt as though it was still covered with lube....weird, but slick!

By taking the quote out of it's context, are you saying that you believe the product is a "snake oil"?  Just curious.  If that's the case, you ought to try it yourself.  They give out free samples to anyone who asks.

I said, "It's nice to see something great come down the pike that isn't a "snake oil"

You really shouldn't manipulate the wording of someone's post to make it say something it didn't.  It's not appreciated.

   Dali Llama say he think that if BamBams look again (see below), he will see that he apparently leave out period after word "oil," which result in confusion. :P

A bunch of us got a free sample of Militec oil. It seems to be ok for lubing the guns? I haven't heard anymore about it for awhile tho. I sent for the free sample of this new product.
