You don't have to tell me, it has not been working for the last week.
I have one, and it quit about then also. When I tried to use it..all i got was a "no service" notation across my screen.
My son handles my technology issues, so he chased it down..
The people who run Jitterbug, say that Verizon changed their operating system, so it put all the Jitterbugs out of operation, and they have no idea when they will get back in operation..
