Interesting rifles Bob..  It brings to mind the recent discussion we had on slide action rifles..somebody, maybe GB, said the new slide action didn't 'feel' the same when operating.
  Somewhere I heard or read that certain newer slide actions are actually lever actions, converted to slide..

Nope weren't me, I've never used or even held one of the new Henry rifles. I sure like the old Winchester Models 61, 62 and 62A tho. Very slick and nice looking old rimfires.
