If Russia were not a nuclear power and a major one at that, the world would already have whipped their asses and sent them packing back home. But ya just can't really spank a nuclear power and send them home.

Russia is just plain wrong and really needs to be done on their own home soil what they are doing to Ukraine. You just can't do that to a nation with nukes tho and that's the only reason everyone is walking on eggshells in regard how to deal with Russia's invasion of another sovereign nation.

I really don't care what ya believe Mule, it's still a somewhat free country and I won't censor your thoughts. I'm just letting TM7 know most, maybe not all of us, don't believe the Russia was wronged so had to invade story.

If all those Russian speaking folks who were/are Ukrainians wanted to be ruled by Russia they would have moved there long ago.

Frankly, IMO we are dealing in both Moscow and Washington, with a couple children who are inflated in their egos, and
  neither one will budge.
  The answer is simple and within reach for either one of them, should they not want the war to not continue 2robbing young people of their very lives.
  Joe could immediately turn up the the world supply of petroleum, or Putin could fold his tent and go home..

  You know Bob, I would like to take you up on that, but I am a bit old for that now.  Being a history buff, there
   is so much to explore there.
  I would like to start my exploration at Hastings..then hit chosen spots..perhaps Runnymede, and some Norman keeps.
  Being a Christian..a visit to Scrooby and Plymouth would be in order. Then perhaps, the borders and MacGreggor's famous grave.
  Then on to the highlands..tracing roots .. Duthill in the Cairngorms, Hadrian's wall.  Then to pay respects at Sterling, and back down
   to the scene of the battle of Worcester and Worcester cathedral, where my original fore father to America was held as a POW, before being shipped off to New England.  Many side trips..
 
   Maybe Caerphilly in Wales, before heading home
