Anybody rechamber their .357 mag. to the Herrett round?  My first thought is that, being based on the 30-30 case, this would really clean up the chamber/throat area and provide a great deer load.

I have'nt heard of anyone doing it,but I sure wish they would. The Herrett was designed as a target and hunting rd. and it fills the bill on both counts.
I get 2350 fps. with 158 gr. XTP's and if I drop down to 2250 I get .75 in. groups at 100 yds. This is out of a super 14 contender handgun,with a 2X scope. You can find Dies for it in most pawn shops also. Digger
