Yes! I remember about 30 years ago, a sex/child trafficking's ring with UN troops/diplomats was uncovered. Moving kids from one country to another, and even to different continents. Nothing new! And we can thank that liberal half baked Elanor Roosevelt for bringing that organization to this country. Should have been defunded, and kicked out of this country 40+ years ago. Well, it appears, biblically at least, that the end times are approaching.  I refer, (of course), to the story(s) of Sodom and Gamorah(sp?).

For the record, I'm more of a passive agnostic than a devout person.

IG....I shall not in any way, attempt to disuade you (or anyone) from thier beliefs.

Let me just say that I have a very hard time accepting organized religion.  That has morphed into more of a money-making industry than a religion.

I also have my own issues with the bible, and it's inconsistencies.  Especially the idea that God loves all His chidren.  If He loves them so much, why did He allow cancer to kill my wife?
And no, I don't buy off on the concept that He has a plan for everything.

I have read, at least portions of, most bibles, even the Koran and the Satanic bible.  Not in an attempt to follow the practices, but more for the knowledge about religion.  (If you have an issue of me reading the satanic bible, consider;  How can one know if thier children or grand children are becoming involved with such practices, if they don't know what signs to look for?)

My opinions being said, I am smart enough to understand that EVERY society, no matter how small or large, needs something to believe in.  It just happens that, 2000 years ago, "we" chose to believe in an omnipotent, all-powerful entity.  So, I don't try to alter anyone's beliefs, and I expect the same consideration from others, hence the "passive agnostic" self-title.

But....this is taking this thread in a different direction, so I digress.

Seems to me that most, both here and elsewhere, believe that that im-morality should equal il-legality. Thus most believe that we should live under a theocratic system. That will certainly lead to conflict. OH.....we do live with conflict everyday don't we. Guess we like that since we keep pushing for more of it. Hmmm.....

Well, as always, we have folks that will beat you over the head with THEIR VERSION OF THE BIBLE,  and we have those somewhere in between, and those that believe only in themselves.

There has always been good, and evil in this ole world, and there have always been folks that paint everything with a very broad brush. Just like here.

And there has always been folks who wanted to run other folks business. The American Indians had a decent system. They tribed up for strength, and safety, and if you didn't like it, you just left.

The Confederacy was an attempt at that very thing, and Saint Lincoln ordered the killing of about a million of'em to demonstrate that they were wrong. The federal government lied about their reasons then, and those for their side accepted the lie as fact. Still do, while ignoring Lincoln's on words.
The government has run roughshod over anybody, or anything that disagreed  with them ever since, including little weak countries, and now they're doing it again, and it once again, is working. Lying to the masses has always worked. It eliminates personal responsibility, and besides. It'll never happen to them.

So to the question of: Is the UN perverts?

What if they are? You couldn't do anything about it. You can't even stop your own renegade government from doing the same thing, over and over, for the past 200 years.
