Sad part, 30 years ago, you seen walk up windows at local carryouts in certain neighborhoods. Had to place the money on a turntable, and get your beer/cigs., whatever when you got your change. You'd have thought business people would have paid attention to this decade's ago. Problem has just expanded to ''nicer'' area's, don't think it'll change anytime soon.

  It must have been about 40 years ago (1980s how the time flies) when the wife and I first ran into certain "security" features. 
  We were travelling I-10 at night, somewhere between New Orleans and Florida, when we pulled off at an interchange, to pick up some refreshments..
  We were surprised to see the clerk, housed in a glass prison, with what must have been about 3" plexiglas...with only a small trap to take payment.

  A couple years later, travelling near Augusta at night..I saw my first convenience store that was served entirely by a "hole in the wall",
   ....No walking in through a door to shop.

In certain stores in this area, yes everything
is now locked up. I discovered that when
trying to buy some deodorant a while back.
It's not the gubmints fault ( although they
enable) but it's the fault of the uncivilized
pinheads that have shoplifted many stores
into oblivion. And those that enable them
and make excuses for them. One main
enabler here is District Attorney John

privately espouses the notion that people
of color should not be punished for any
of their actions because of the evil white
man's running the world and pillaging
poor areas of the world, etc. etc. and
that people of color are entitled to their
