Honey and oats granola bars
Coffee , Ensure
I drank a LOT of Ensure and other similar products last year.
The local thrift store was selling cases which were priced so you paid  1/3 the price per bottle if you bought it by the bottle.
The thrift clearance store has it own clearance isle and there they were theoretically dirt cheap.

They had single bottles, same brand as a case for from Two and one half to Three and quater dollars per bottle.
Some brands do taste far better than others but I never paid attention to which brand was best.
You are supposed to use them as part of a meal, but I never got that in my system.

Last doctor visit they said to
start utilizing it.
Not particularly fond of it, but
if it'll keep me out of the hospital
I'll use it.  I don't like tuna either,
but after they said to eat more of
it I did. It's helped some but I still
don't like it

My doctor told me to NOT EAT TUNA because of the mercury.

I bought 16 cans today as the other 14 will be gone in a couple months. In some opinions, that explains it aye :)

Coffee and a honeybun. Heading for Texas in a bit. At least the wind has settled down so my vehicle won't get sandblasted.
