Hope they pass it. Spread the word to eastern cities, St. Louis, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland and the rest. If you are descended from slaves, move to Ca. and get a million dollars. After they get there, put up a wall that works and don't let them out!!

What about all the people who decended from white and black people who died fighting to abolish slavery--will they be in line for the rewards.  At some point--and it has long passed--there has to be a limitation on this crazy political hype.  But the Dumbycrats have demonstrated that they have no limits on what they will do to cheat, or buy elections.
