The ATF says it’s because Hunter has no priors… well duh! He certainly would if the DOJ would do their job. I wonder how that defense would work for me; “ please sir, as you can plainly see, I have no prior issues before lying my azz off on your background check. Let me go just this time? I’ll never, ever, ever do anything illegal again…promise.”
