   Much of that is taken from border patrol funds, so Newsmax reports that by way of funds already filched from the border patrol funding..there is
   great neglect of the agency and it's equipment/facilities.
 
  Many of the patrol vehicles are broken down and other needs are being neglected.  They will do anything to destroy America !
