Liberal Marxist voting democrats, along with RINO voting republicans have over the years, made NYS, NYS.

I don't know what they are talking about, when they say "unlicensed firearm", unless they are talking about fully automatic machine guns.

We don't have any special licensing for the rest of NYS.  That is likely the NY City leftists, who are refusing to prosecute real crimes. After all, they are going after Trump on sketchy charges, while letting ugly street crime slip away unpunished.

This further highlights why I would never voluntarily visit NY City..been through that wasteland twice. Once while leaving for service in Europe, and
    the second time coming back.

Have you noticed how it seems both east and west coasts seem to be filled with leftists?

In many states and cities, you have to have a license for each and every gun.  Legal everywhere else.  Hope the NRA and GOA help him fight this all the way to the supreme court, to strike down this law.

In the last 15 years, the SC has ruled twice for the 2nd. Amd. In 2008, and just a couple years ago. These lower courts and judge's, are far over their boundaries. And because they work for tax money, they don't care how much money it takes the average citizen to prove he's right. Legal system has been broke for a few years, and I hate to think were that will lead this country in the near future.

Yeah to bad the guy isn't related to a democrat. If he did commit a crime it would never be mentioned.
