Cling to your faith NW, worldly things won't answer, faith in God is the one major thing that will see you through.
Here's a tip.. When my wife went home to be with nthe Lord, some six years ago, I did an out of character thing. i had never ridden anythig on two wheels, beyond a Schwinn, but I went out and bought a quality motor scooter.
With that, when thoughts started weighing me down..I would slip my Bible in the underseat luggage space, and headoff into the country roads, up in the hills. I would find a quiet place, read some scripture and appreciated God's handiwork all around me.
That helped me through..but it may not be your 'cup of tea'. But somewhere there may well be something that is slightly out of your ordinary,
that will help carry you through.
Of course, "family" is even more important than ever. God bless and strerngthen you..
