I use noaa, and if they say there s a 10% chance of rain it’s probably because it is going to rain in 10% of that forecasted area...

 Told my sons a while back. I should have been a weatherman for a living. They can be right sometimes, wrong a lot of times, and still get a paycheck.

Thats true. Just because they give a percentage chance of rain doesn't mean that chance is where you are.  I don't listen to the weather much anymore. I use a radar app, and if the radar shows rain headed toward me, there is a pretty good chance its going to rain.   MyRader is a good app.
