ring height for omegas

I am not sure if I am going to buy a scope with a 32 or 40 mm objective.

I am going to buy the warne mounts and rings.  Do I need to buy high mounts to give me enough room to cock the ml.  I am considering a weaver grand slam.

Medium Warne Maxima rings will be just fine.  I use the Maxima bases/rings on two Omegas with no problems.
