  Hmmm.. sounds good on the surface.  ..But in a city that chose to "defunf police", what does it really mean? 

    Note, it doesn't say that such firing must be in connection with the commission of a crime..

  Could it be that when an honest shop owner defends his/her life and/orproperty, the Soros type DAs have something to jail them for?
