Not sure about the other foreign company's, but the Honda plants here in Ohio usually follow the American company's lead, and give pay raises to their workers when the American company's do. Workers there will get the benefits without paying union dues. They better hope that the Fed's keep their word, and not raise interest rates for quite some time. You know the company's are going to raise the price of vehicles, and if interest goes up, will really slow down sales. Every car dealership on the radio around here, we'll buy your car, bring it in, pay you cash. Guess they make more money on a used car, than new ones. All the dealerships around here have half or less than they use to have in new cars on the lot. They've got to parking new cars/trucks, nose to nose instead of side by side. 2 vehicles take up 4-5 parking spots, just to make the lots look full. And if you do order a new vehicle, if not in stock, or the dealer can't find what you want, 6 month wait.
