 911 where you have to answer an array of questions before a decision is made whether you need an ambulance or policeman

Or wait 10-20 minutes for the police to show up
Usually if you wait it’s best to just call the coroner or give the criminal all he wants and possibly not need the coroner

I have long since quit depending on law enforcement for my family, and my own protection. EVERY MAN is ultimately responsible for his own safety, and that of his family. If he hasn't prepared himself for that God given/requirement, then he is not a man. He is a failure.
