Drug cartels are the biggest part of the Mexican economy. They are enriching themselves, and Mexican government officials. It has little to do with sealing the southern Mexican border.
There's billions of dollars involved that
many in the country are unaware of, or
are just apathetic about it like everything else.
It's all been on television dozens of times
