Clark County Nevada Judge Gets Taste of Reality

Judges, and prosecutors, and especially defense attorneys have always treated defendants, witnesses, and police officers anyway they wanted in a court room. Insults, demeaning questions, and accusations, along with character assassination.

Well, a many time offender who should have been in the pen, was in court for the umpteenth time after being repeatedly released on probation, took exception to the judges opening monolog of sentencing. This POS that the court system had repeatedly let go for years, jumped the bench, and proceeded to kick the judges' ass, and the court bailiffs ass.

This is what the police officers likely dealt with everytime he was arrested. WELCOME TO THEIR WORLD "YOUR HONOR". Do your damn job the 1st time and this won't happen. Save the eloquent speeches for your friends at the bar.

The judge was treated and released at the ER, and the baliff trying to protect her was hospitalized.

I've heard about it on the "news ", and
there's already those enabling and making
excuses for the useless waste of space.
I've heard " Well,  she was talking trash
to that man, and he couldn't take any
more and was forced to try and shut
her up. ."
And " She just got what all judges deserve.
No one person should be able to control
another person's life.  . "

There's those who can live a lifetime
obeying the rules of a civilized society,
and those who won't
Innocent law abiding citizens shouldn't
have to put up with the pinheads that
live in their own self-absorbed world.
The shame is that the the people that
who were supposed to control the empty
headed animal couldn't give him the
room temperature test

  Obviously for some poeople, their faculties of reason and common sense is too often overuled by their emotions.  This individual should have been
   jailed long ago.

  The article doesn't seem to indicate whether this particular judge is among those who let the defendant off easy in previous cases.  If she was,
   then there is a certain sense of delayed justice here.

   If she wasn't, then the perp should draw a hefty extended sentence for this additional crime, not just for this action, but to set an example for any others who may harbor such ideas of disrupting and endangering all others in the courtroom.

    If that was a video in the article, I couldn't find a way to start the video, so I found another for your edification. It seems to start by showing first,
   the activity post the disruption, but then goes on to show the disruption ...with repeats.

  Interesting to see the criminal try to present himseelf as a .........nice fellow, who is just "misunderstood" by the rest of society..

I see him as a multiple repeat offender
that is long past reform and it's a
shame that nobody had a baton to
settle the pinhead down until he could
be hauled away

Hopefully, there was some serious physical discussions after the cams quit rolling to show him the errors of his ways. Not that it would do anything to prevent this POS from continuing to be a threat to law abiding folks, but Justice meted out for his latest assault nonetheless!
