From One America News, this morning.

New rules proposed for by ATF...  If anyone..hunter, owner, collector, personally sells a single gun, he/she must be a govt registered gun dealer,
and jump through the same hoops each authorized dealer must negotiate.

Also, according to OAN, this morning..Californians are getting new harassment..  THe commies are demanding moire frequent renewing of CCW
  permits..every couple years.

The reapplication will require the many more hours of instruction all over again. THey are also going to make sure those instructors are going to be
    fewer and more costly.

...And BTW, as our ugly NY governor did, they will restrict legal CCW carriers from carrying in "sensitive places".. which is almost every place of
    business.

In NY, a business owner can post CCW welcome signs..allowing us to carry there.  ..And moving may only be a short term relief, if the g can steal
another election..  She even tried to restrict carrying inn church..but the kick back got thathlf-baked idea, shoit down.

Every state has it's own set of laws concerning CCW. We have here in Ohio carry without a permit, or get a permit, your choice. What you have to watch for, is a business can put up a no carry sign at the entrance, and you can be prosecuted if you do carry in that business. And no one is allowed to carry in a bar/tavern or restaurant if alcohol is served. I've had one because when you buy a gun from a dealer, they don't have to do a background check with the fed's. One of the hurdle's we had, within a year of getting a CCW law, was the state had to pass a pre-emption law. Cities like Cleveland, Columbus and a couple others said, no carry in our city, we'll arrest you. Completely legal every where else. So they passed a pre-emption bill, no local law can be different than a state law. Found out it works for helmet laws too.

That's no longer true in Ohio - as long as you aren't drinking, you can carry where alcohol is served.

they could burn us selling a handgun in mich but it would be tough to prove with a rifle. only paperwork is the original nics check when bought new. how can they prove i didnt sell that gun two years ago so it would really only effect what you buy after (IF) they pass it. add to that most of this chicken crap crap will be tossed out by trump. hes going to rein in the batf, fbi and irs. there all to stupid to see their best move. thats to tax the crap out of guns and ammo because sad to say the republicans like our money as much as the democrats. hopefully they will at least be smarter spending it.

Thanks for the update. I was still under the assumption that you couldn't. I'd carry into store's and business's if they didn't have the sign on the door or window banning carry. But not into a restaurant if they served alcohol.
