Federal Red Flag law

 Well, now Biden is being told by his masters that we need a federal ''red flag law'', to help keep guns out of criminals hands. Fox news if somebody wants to post it. More B.S. and some of the GOP are bellering like a cow about this and that, but with their track record, that's all they'll do! Background checks for all gun sales, and between private citizens, not just licensed dealers. More laws for people control, not crime control. One judge not to long ago said that illegals coming into this country have a 2nd. Amd. right. The more this kind of stupidity that keeps coming from government/legal system, this country will be lucky to last a couple more years! Of course, that's what some are hoping for!

As far as I am concerned it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Goes against the 5th & 14th Amendments to the US Constitution(Bill of Rights) regarding Due Process, etc., and steps on the 9th & 10th Amendments as well.

Not to forget that EX Parte courts deny civil rights as well,
 thru the proceeding not needing to have the "defendant" be able to be there, face their accusers, etc. to pass a "judgement".

Ex Post Facto & Bill of Attainder laws are also unconstitutional. Which could apply as well.

The whole "Red Flag Law" is crap.

P.S.- There is already laws on the books for those who have mental illness & to cover those who should be kept from harming themselves & others .

Why keep adding more to do the same thing to protect folks from those who can do harm to themselves and others due to their Mental issues. but why pud that which is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL?

IMO, Because they want CONTROL... At any cost.

there has always been an option to inform the police if you think someone might harm another person. what this law allows is some lib anti gun idiot to call the police and claim your a loose cannon because you own what he thinks are to many guns or the type of gun that scares him. or to call the police on you and have them storm your house because you had a disagreement yesterday

   JB is right when he says he believes such a law is unconstitutional. ..But since when have Demonrats ..and some Repugnicans for that matter,
  cared about the constitution?
