Read where RFK Jr. has filed a lawsuit against the RR company that was involved for the residents. Not sure how to take that, actually trying to do the right thing, just being a politician and make himself look good. Biden has said he's going to visit the area. Knowing how bad his mind is, he'll probably wonder why he doesn't see Israeli military and why everybody is speaking English!

Saw recently where the illegal border turds operate the brakes on these trains to get them to stop due to the heat sensors, yet this train traveled 30 plus miles with the wheels on fire as shown on cameras along the route. Facts that make you say hmmmm?

Used to be, the engineers innthe locomotive kept an eye out for "hot boxes", and for extra insurance, those in the caboose also kept alert.

Of course, the caboose has been dropped, and it looks like the loco was a sleeping quarters.  It seems that ust a glance back along the cars on curves,
would have easily told the story...

Perhaps some old railroad hands could comment here..

At our 50th class reunion last spring, got to talk with a classmate that had worked and retired from the RR with about 30 years on it. He was an engineer for most of that time. This was just a little over 2 months after that happened. This is what his explanation as to why these are happening. Up until 7-8 years before, the inspectors had 90 seconds, a minute and a half, to inspect each car. They cut that back to 30 seconds, and if you are around many RR tracks, you might have noticed, the trains are much longer now. The billionaires that own these company's are trying to squeak out every dollar they can, and to hell with the safety factors involved. I hope they get their a**es sued off!!
