Being NATO's A team here in the states, had conferences with European B team... Met in UK..specifically, Wales.
Probably reviewing, testing and approve or disapprove weapons/munitions for NATO. No way I can know, since he cannot/will not, share any info..
He did discuss with me..the car he rented, the hotel he stayed in and meals, adventures in right hand drive....and that's about it !
