"Reconnecting" communities..a good idea?
« on: March 13, 2024, 02:52:49 AM »
The Biden administration will spend nearly $40,000,000..reconnecting communities...

  https://kfiz.com/39-56-million-granted-for-locally-led-projects-that-reconnect-communities-in-wisconsin/

Is this a good, viable idea?  By the close reading of the article, it appears some neighborhoods have maintained their qualities, while others have
lapsed into a unkempt and unruly mess.

So, question is.  If conveniently rejoined, will the good communities elevate the bad ones..or will the bad communities degrade the good ones?

If we mix rotten apples with good, will both become good...or will both turn rotten ?

Won’t rejoin, they’ll separate like oil and water. That’s why there’s always been two sides of the tracks. Mix them and they’ll find their ways to opposite ends.

However, it may open up formerly law abiding communities to robberies, drive by shootings, gang fights and other "distractions"..

i hope they remember to thank the Biden bunch..   Rest assured, the shathole communities are already grateful ,in anticipation...

Busing children from one side of the city to the other to better mingle,
did absolutely nothing but cause trouble riots and murder.
