H&R Barrel fitting, new barrel wont lock up?

Just got a .357 Mag. SB2 Barrel and it doesn't quite lock up, and ideas?

Is it too tight or too loose?  Go to https://www.go2gbo.com/forums/h-r-centerfire-rifles.108/ and search for barrel fitting threads.
