Summer is around the corner

And people are decked out
in their 'hood garb- flip flops,
shorts, expensive sports team
jerseys.
Mainly, I was fairly surprised at
the number of ankle monitors I
saw at the larger grocery store
I was at earlier
Sure need to get death row cranked
up and clean out some cell space
for all the useless waste of space
pinheads running the streets.
Many dozens and tens of thousands
that are out among the law abiding
citizenry that need to be in prison
working in the fields growing food
to feed themselves and the other
useless inmates

  We had an incident around the village here, a couple weeks ago.  Some teenage girl from away..and probably  a crack head..was burglarizing
  parked cars, even in their driveways.
   She must have been coo-coo at the time, since she approached a parked pickup with a local lad at the wheel..jumped in and said "well , let's go"

  He kicked her out, not yet knowing what she was up to.  When he found out..he went down the road to the trooper station to report her.

   When they asked for a description, he said he could do better, since he took her picture.  They quickly rounded her up, and had her before the local
    judge by 2300 hours.

  I chuckled and repeated...  "Try that in a small town."
